We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

By making a purchase from our website, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy. Please read it carefully before completing your order. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of eligible items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition
  • Items must have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Items must not be damaged, altered, washed, or used in any way
  • Items must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or have been altered from their original condition will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized items (including monogrammed products)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items purchased during special promotional events (unless otherwise stated)
  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered
  • Items without original tags and packaging

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and contact us with any questions before ordering custom or personalized items, as these cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  • Step 2: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your item(s) back to us.
  • Step 3: Carefully package your item(s) in the original packaging if possible, and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Step 4: Ship your return using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package for the full value of the items being returned.

Please note that returns sent without a Return Authorization number may be refused or delayed in processing.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error (such as wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage during transit). If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility requirements. This inspection process typically takes 3-5 business days from the date we receive your return.

After the inspection is complete, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note the following regarding refunds:

  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Any discounts, coupons, or promotional credits applied to your original order will be deducted from your refund
  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable

If you have not received your refund within 14 business days of receiving our approval notification, please contact your credit card company first, then contact us if needed.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Indicate the item you wish to exchange and the replacement item you would like
  • If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be charged the price difference
  • If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If your desired replacement item is out of stock, we will offer you the option of a refund or an alternative product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the damage or defect
  • Photographs clearly showing the damage or defect
  • Photographs of the packaging (if damage appears to have occurred during shipping)

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion. In cases of shipping damage, we may file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered production or been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be returned following our standard return process.

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable fees. Returns must comply with our standard return policy terms. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service.

Please note that refunds for international orders will be issued in US dollars and may vary slightly from the original charge due to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
